'Better Than Nothing'
Meditations

To really experience the benefits of meditation we need to cultivate a reliable daily practice. At first this can be a challenge.

 

Studies show that when creating positive habits, doing 'something' is massively better than doing 'nothing.' If you get to the end of a day and haven't achieved what you set out to, doing a token amount instead continues the formation of neural pathways needed for long term success.
