1-1 mindfulness sessions
Whether you're joining me in person or through zoom, 1-1 sessions are incredibly helpful for developing your mindfulness meditation practice, and bringing more mindfulness into daily life.
Each one of us is unique in many ways. The way our minds work, the way we perceive ourselves and the world, our relationship to our senses, the physical, emotional and relating issues which we have in our lives - they are all utterly personal to us. One of the benefits of 1-1 mindfulness work, is the opportunity we have to choose and shape practices which really work for you. We can also spend time looking at which areas of your life could really benefit from more mindfulness, and come up with bespoke strategies to bring it in.
Individual guided practices will be recorded for you to use outside of our sessions, taking in to account everything we have learned through our practice together.
1-1 sessions are generally one hour in length and charged on a sliding scale from £30-£40 depending on your means.
